Ethnos church seeks to Holistically engage the world as a Missional Christian Community.

Holistic: we seek to integrate Christian faith into all areas of life instead of separating the spiritual realm from normal life

Missional: adopting a worldview that longs to be the incarnate Christ in a pagan culture, we accept the challenge of Christ to live in the world without becoming a product of it

Christian: in a rich tradition of Churches that seek to be local, global, and historical, we seek to follow God in Christ and study the grand narrative of the Bible

Community: we believe that the Christian faith is a call to community, not individualism; therefore, we seek to establish a family of pilgrims on a journey of faith together


Why does Ethnos Church exist?

Simply put: To share God's love with the world. But how? Is it just like any other church or religious group? We believe there are a lot of people out there that would say: "I like Jesus, I just don't like Christians", or "I believe in God, but I'm not into religion". So, it is for those that we exist. We want to not just tell people about Jesus' love, or God's plan, but live it...with them. We want to worship God with all forms of artistic expression. We want to learn from and teach one another. We don't want to be primarily focused on a building or a weekly meeting in that building, but focused on the community we are in, and the homes in that community. We want to share experiences, friendships, lives with people. We don't want to simply put on a 'face' once weekly for a dose of 'religion'. We want to live every day like Jesus.
