Pablo Morales

Pastor Pablo loves God, loves people, and loves teaching. He has a passion for helping people understand God’s Word in a way that is clear and relevant. This passion is evident in his preaching ministry as well as in the diversity of training materials he has produced. Whether it be through the Gospel Explanation, the Discipleship Mentorship, From Singleness to Oneness, or the Strategic Leadership Training, God has used him to touch many lives across the globe. However, his deepest passion is to love his wife and children. Pastor Pablo and Sara married while attending Dallas Theological Seminary and the Lord has blessed them with four children born in Texas: Alex, Sofia, Max, and Lucia. Sofia is now with the Lord.

Pastor Pablo was born in Chile, trusted in Christ as his Savior at age 6, and served as a missionary in Mexico City.  He was ordained as a Minister at age 32 and has served as the Lead Pastor of Ethnos Bible Church for over a decade. He holds a BA in Bible Studies from Rio Grande Bible College, a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Global Perspectives from  George Fox University. He is also a member of the Evangelical Theological Society.

In addition to church ministry, Pastor Pablo enjoys nature, photography, playing guitar, singing, making vocal arrangements, drinking strong black coffee, watching documentaries, and playing tickle monster with his kids.

His life verse is Colossians 3:23-24, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”

Our Leadership Structure


This is a team of men who fulfill biblical prerequisites for Eldership. They oversee the entire ministry of the church by fulfilling 3 roles: Overseeing the teaching of God’s word, Shepherding God’s People, and Overseeing the organizational health of the church ministry. The Board of Elders is primarily responsible to ensure that all the ministries are aligned with the mission, vision and convictions of the church. They work in conjunction with ministry coordinators.

This is a team of men and women who fulfill biblical prerequisites for leadership. They execute the mission and vision of the church through an orchestrated effort in a variety of ministry teams. They work under the guidance of the Board of Elders.



We use a two-fold criterion in our leadership selection:


Biblical Requirements

We use the Pastoral Epistles as the primary criterion.

  • Demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Be spiritually mature.
  • Manage family life well.

We believe that spiritually-mature leaders are essential to cultivate a vibrant church. Therefore, we appoint servant leaders who fulfill biblical prerequisites and have demonstrated godly character to lead in a variety of ministry positions. We honor the appointed leaders, submit to them, and keep them accountable, knowing that God has entrusted them with His authority. We develop new leaders by recognizing their potential and character and by entrusting them with increasing levels of responsibility.

We believe that teamwork is an expression of our new identity as members of the Body of Christ and essential for sustainability. Therefore, we encourage our people to invest their gifts by serving in teams to accomplish our mission and vision. We teach people that teamwork leads to increased creativity, deeper relationships, and better accountability. We guide them in evaluating their teamwork to increase ministry effectiveness and ensure sustained growth.
